Indiana Broker's License
OBTAINING A BROKER'S LICENSE IN INDIANA
Indiana Broker’s License Requirements:
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Complete 90 hours of classroom instruction
• Score a minimum of 225 points out of 300 on 3 mandatory exams
• Pass a state administered examination
Upon successful completion of the 90 hour course, an applicant is eligible to take the state examination.
Once the state examination is passed, the real estate Broker license may be obtained.
